November 13 只闻到香味的痛苦曾经有朋友和我说，作为你邻居一定很惨了
因为老是闻到香香的蛋糕和面包
可是又看不见又吃不着，很痛苦的
当时实在不明白她的意思
觉得没那么夸张吧~
今天晚上忽然闻到一阵阵香味
找到香味的来源后，干脆把露台的窗打开
香香甜甜的～闻起来格外的馋人啊
原来是某家在烤甜点啊！！！
终于明白只闻到香味的痛苦

刚刚看到markloveiris的求助帖，所以就马上抓起相机，搬出道具，使劲地拍。。。
November 10 肉桂香蕉蛋糕 Cinnamon Banana Cake好不容易等到香蕉熟透了，终于可以拿来做香蕉蛋糕了^^
很懒去网上找方子，所以就把觉得合适的材料混在一起～
运气很好-----做出来很成功，很好吃，松软又香甜！！非常喜欢！！
只是取名字的时候有点麻烦，呵呵
切了一大块给朋友，因为想着她还没吃过我做的蛋糕
可是她瞄了一眼，就说：“我刚刚吃得太饱了，我就吃一小块吧！”
当她放入嘴里不到3秒，就从我手上拿走那一块蛋糕，说：
“我好喜欢吃，那么我就留下了！！”

鸡蛋 3个 蜂蜜 1 + 1/2 tablespoon 沙拉油/菜油 65克 牛奶 70克 香蕉 120克 低筋面粉 120克 肉桂粉 1/2 teaspoon 白醋 1 teaspoon 盐 一小撮 砂糖 3 tablespoon 核桃 适量 准备： 1）低筋面粉+肉桂粉， 过筛两次 2）把蛋清和蛋黄分别放在不同的盆子 3）香蕉去皮后切块，然后用叉子和勺子压成均匀的香蕉糊 4）模子先摸上一层薄薄的油 5）预热烤箱 170度 做法： 1）蛋黄 + 蜂蜜 + 菜油 + 牛奶 + 香蕉；依序加入，每次加入不同的材料都要搅匀 2）加入已过筛的低筋面粉和肉桂粉，搅匀即可；蛋黄糊既完成 3）蛋白 + 白醋 + 盐；用打蛋器打打至起粗泡后加入1/3砂糖，打发至乳白色后，再加入1/3砂糖，打发至快变成cream状时，加入剩余的砂糖，继续打发至中性发泡（蛋白尾端会有一点弯曲、有光泽、细腻 ） 4）把1/3的蛋白加入到蛋黄糊里，用打蛋器快速搅匀；把剩余的蛋白也加入蛋黄糊里，改用橡皮刮刀拌匀即可 5）倒入模子里，在表面上均匀地撒满核桃，即可放入烤箱烤 40-50分钟， 170度C             November 03 odd spots 21) Teeth are the only parts of the human body that can't repair by themselves
