November 13 只闻到香味的痛苦曾经有朋友和我说,作为你邻居一定很惨了
因为老是闻到香香的蛋糕和面包
可是又看不见又吃不着,很痛苦的
当时实在不明白她的意思
觉得没那么夸张吧~
今天晚上忽然闻到一阵阵香味
找到香味的来源后,干脆把露台的窗打开
香香甜甜的~闻起来格外的馋人啊
原来是某家在烤甜点啊!!!
终于明白只闻到香味的痛苦

November 10 肉桂香蕉蛋糕 Cinnamon Banana Cake好不容易等到香蕉熟透了,终于可以拿来做香蕉蛋糕了^^
很懒去网上找方子,所以就把觉得合适的材料混在一起~
运气很好-----做出来很成功,很好吃,松软又香甜!!非常喜欢!!
只是取名字的时候有点麻烦,呵呵
切了一大块给朋友,因为想着她还没吃过我做的蛋糕
可是她瞄了一眼,就说:“我刚刚吃得太饱了,我就吃一小块吧!”
当她放入嘴里不到3秒,就从我手上拿走那一块蛋糕,说:
“我好喜欢吃,那么我就留下了!!”

鸡蛋 3个 蜂蜜 1 + 1/2 tablespoon 沙拉油/菜油 65克 牛奶 70克 香蕉 120克 低筋面粉 120克 肉桂粉 1/2 teaspoon 白醋 1 teaspoon 盐 一小撮 砂糖 3 tablespoon 核桃 适量 准备: 1)低筋面粉+肉桂粉, 过筛两次 2)把蛋清和蛋黄分别放在不同的盆子 3)香蕉去皮后切块,然后用叉子和勺子压成均匀的香蕉糊 4)模子先摸上一层薄薄的油 5)预热烤箱 170度 做法: 1)蛋黄 + 蜂蜜 + 菜油 + 牛奶 + 香蕉;依序加入,每次加入不同的材料都要搅匀 2)加入已过筛的低筋面粉和肉桂粉,搅匀即可;蛋黄糊既完成 3)蛋白 + 白醋 + 盐;用打蛋器打打至起粗泡后加入1/3砂糖,打发至乳白色后,再加入1/3砂糖,打发至快变成cream状时,加入剩余的砂糖,继续打发至中性发泡(蛋白尾端会有一点弯曲、有光泽、细腻 ) 4)把1/3的蛋白加入到蛋黄糊里,用打蛋器快速搅匀;把剩余的蛋白也加入蛋黄糊里,改用橡皮刮刀拌匀即可 5)倒入模子里,在表面上均匀地撒满核桃,即可放入烤箱烤 40-50分钟, 170度C ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() November 03 odd spots 21) Teeth are the only parts of the human body that can't repair by themselves
